Qualified Candidates will be self-starters who possess a positive, can-do attitude and have strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and a working knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office Suite. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and a proficiency for learning new software programs is a plus.

- Graphics Design or Marketing skills are a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping using QuickBooks -- A/P, A/R, other monthly and quarterly reports
- Ongoing Data Entry
- Working within our Project Management, CRM, and Design Software suites
- Purchase Ordering
- Establishing and Maintaining Various Accounts
- Answering and Directing Incoming Calls
- Receiving and Sending Packages
- Office Supply Management
- Human Resources
- Administrative Support to the President
